Use separate third party jars in Model plugin.

Description:

1.    Changed .classpath, plugin.xml, build script to use the third party jars.

2.    delete sac.jar and flute.jar from Model plugin.

Tests Description : Unit Tests.

    Checking in .classpath;

    Checking in plugin.xml;

    Checking in BuildModel.xml;
