Hi Daniel,
I think we have everything to need to build language packs except a bit
of code and some strategy. Using Eclipse 3.3.1, I installed the packs
from the current Babel update site and they worked quite well, although
the update site currently builds the latest version.
You may want to monitor, and perhaps provide insight, into this bug:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=217183
The code that builds the current update site is here:

Hi Guys,
We are going into a testing cycle for a product based on 331 RCP (for
PFIGSCCJ+NL). I was wondering how far we are away from having even
provisionally complete language packs for 331?
In the meantime it would be useful if we could generate a pseudo
translated language pack from the English .properties. Can anyone point
me to instructions on how to build a 331 language pack. The babel download page
has a link to get the live project files but it would be good from a
testing perspective to be able to build a fully pseudo translated pack
form any language.
Regards,
Daniel.
