A committer election for Leonardo Rossetti on project Eclipse BlueChi
(automotive.bluechi) was started by Michael Engel with this criteria:

Leonardo Rossetti has made an impact on the project.
He created the initial project that provides Eclipse BlueChi in a Yocto build
(https://github.com/eclipse-bluechi/bluechi-on-yocto) and volunteered to
maintain this subproject.
It is my pleasure to nominate Leonardo Rossetti (lrosset@xxxxxxxxxx) as a
committer on Eclipse BlueChi.
