A project lead election for Kaloyan Rusev on project Eclipse Ankaios
(automotive.ankaios) was started by Holger Dormann with this criteria:

Kaloyan Rusev is a full time employee and committer contributing to the
Eclipse Ankaios team since the start of the project. He made a significant
impact on the Ankaios project.

Kaloyan knows Ankaios very well and also presented it on the last Eclipse SDV
community day. In the team Kaloyan is accepted as point of contact for
reviews and technical decisions.

It is my pleasure to nominate Kaloyan as an additional project lead.
