[automotive-pmc] Committer Election for Malte Hellmeier on Eclipse Tractus-X has started

A committer election for Malte Hellmeier on project Eclipse Tractus-X
(automotive.tractusx) was started by johannes zahn with this criteria:

Malte Hellmeier is part of Catena-X since the very first day. He is an active
member, software engineer, and architect of the Traceability team and one of
the developers from the PURIS demonstrator. Malte has been participating in
the regular DevSecOps Office Hours actively since half a year now. He has got
open-source experience in various projects, both within and outside of
Eclipse, including commits and pull requests already merged into Eclipse
Tractus-X.

His commits are very structured, always in the "Conventional Commits" format,
and signed with GPG keys. One example:
-
https://github.com/catenax-ng/tx-puris-backend/commit/17594e473a0ba8a3c204cdca728c9c033c51a279

He also made two initial contributions and was one of the first to accompany
the new process in the Eclipse GitLab. Therefore, he has followed the process
from the beginning (repository request in the Help Desk) until the final
check with the vet-project template of the Eclipse Foundation. Links of the
initial contributions:
-
https://github.com/catenax-ng/tx-puris-backend/commit/71a8b10b80ed22ffaccdfe088b5241ee305d5e91
-
https://github.com/catenax-ng/tx-puris-frontend/commit/e0ca2932797d17eada0d7e4543476291667a591b

Malte is familiar with Eclipse-related tools like the dash tool for IP checks
and showed it's usage in dependency updates. This includes general dependency
checks and the ones not handled automatically by the dash tool (like icons).
Examples:
-
https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris-backend/pull/2/commits/2cc4548ad77b8bb6f6407409d23e5550f92cdf61
-
https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris-frontend/commit/f14dbd321ab082385711fd6cb0d2797151ce52d5

His pull requests (PRs) are always described with details, and his workflow
is as desired (e.g., working in branches in catenax-ng, open pull requests to
eclipse-tractusx etc.). He is able to see links between PRs and discuss &
solve requested changes. Several examples (there are more pull requests
available, this is just a selection):
- https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris-frontend/pull/4
- https://github.com/catenax-ng/eclipse-tractusx.github.io/pull/1
- https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris-backend/pull/6 (Reviewed &
included IP check)
- https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/puris-backend/pull/9

He is further familiar with the current project documentation and works on
the new KIT approach:
-
https://github.com/catenax-ng/eclipse-tractusx.github.io/commit/7f25cbbd51d84419d4126baf73128f6120a89115

I am happy to be able to nominate Malte Hellmeier as a Committer on Eclipse
Tractus-X!
