Dear PMC,

the Eclipse Kuksa project is currently undergoing a restructuring review:

Moving forward, the KUKSA team decided to add new KUKSA components under the Apache 2.0 license, and relicensing existing KUKSA sourcecode where applicable. This decision was taken to ease adoption of KUKSA components in the automotive industry, where the Apache-2.0 license is more widespread currently.
Just like the Eclipse Public License version 2.0, the Apache-2.0 license is an OSI Approved license, that ensures contributions will remain Open Source under terms of the Apache-2.0 license, for the adoption and extension by other community members.
