Cool Nick, sorry for taking so long to approve this message, I've been wrapped up in many things lately and lost the password to mailman.
There should be a google calendar, 'Austin Eclipse Lunch' available that you can subscribe to. We have a weekly lunch and are looking to expand the Eclipse community within Austin.
