Adrian,
   we (as JavaUserGroup Milano, Italy) are trying to
organize a lecture on AOP and AspectJ at Politecnico
of Milan-Como. It is not yet a full course but a
lecture, however it is a sign that there's some
interest from italian university about AOP.
