[aspectj-dev] Does AspectJ 5 Support Standard Aspect Library ?

Hi, Everyone:

I heared that AspectJ 5 will include an aspect
library, I download the latest development builds but 
I don't find the real library.

I have developed the security aspect library before,
and I wish to join the standard lirary development
teams, but I don't know the real situation. Does
anyone wish to help me and send me the development
docs and guidelines?
