[aspectj-dev] Compiler status for 1.1.1 release

I spent the day cleaning out the compiler bug report list in preparation 
for 1.1.1.  The hard part was fixing a set of bugs reported last night 
by Ron Bodkin that were found in 1.1.1rc1.  These bugs exposed a serious 
flaw in the way that declare error and declare soft were undergoing name 
binding in the compiler.

There is now only one remaining compiler bug that is rated P2.  This is 
a serious bug with privileged aspects that has been around since 1.1.0. 
 This bug will probably take at least a day to fix, and I won't have 
the time to work on it anytime soon.  Therefore, I think we should 
reduce this to a P3 bug and go forward with the 1.1.1 release.  If 
someone else wants to tackle the privileged bug, here's the report:
