These bugs are both fixed.  They both have the property that aspect 
libraries compiled with 1.1.0 will need to be recompiled if they are 
affected by these bugs.  The compiler will produce a warning explaining 
this in most cases.  I think the compiler's ready for a 1.1.1rc1 release
