[asciidoc-wg] FOSDEM CfP / Tool The Docs

Hi fellow working group enthusiasts,

there's an open CfP for FOSDEM21. A quote from the CfP: "We welcome
proposals from those working with tools for documentation as
well as those creating and maintaining them". The team that organizes
this dev room is Chris Ward, Mark Meyer, Kristof Van Tomme and Katalin Fogas

This is a good place to promote AsciiDoc and the WG. The conference will
be hosted online-only due to COVID-19.
