Steering Committee,

 

Please review and register your vote as soon as possible by indicating +1 (accept), -1 (reject) or 0 (abstain) below to the following resolution:

 

[  ] RESOLVED, the Steering Committee approves the participation fee schedule as follows, and asks the Eclipse Management Organization to implement the fees effective January 1st, 2021, and to take whatever steps are necessary to include the fees in the working group charter. 

 

Annual Corporate Revenues greater than $1 billion	$10,000
Annual Corporate Revenues greater than $100 million but less than or equal to $1 billion	$8,000
Annual Corporate Revenues greater than $10 million but less than or equal to $100 million	$6,000
Annual Corporate Revenues less than or equal to $10 million	$4,000
Annual Corporate Revenues less than $1 million and < 10 employees	$1,500

 

Note that this fee schedule was calculated from the proposed budget, which was estimated to meet the goals defined in the program plan. Ratification of the program plan and budget will be handled as a separate vote.

 

Please keep in mind that Partner Members are under no obligation to renew their membership in the working group for 2021. However, we really hope that you will decide to continue on this journey with us.
