Thank you, Sharon! This is exactly what we need to get going toward completion. I'm sure there will be questions, but it's a great platform.  

To the Steering Committee: these documents, and all templates you need, are accessible in the Working Group Google Drive. Remember that Sharon has backups if we mess anything up ;)

As discussed during the last Steering Committee Call, the AsciiDoc Budget Task Team met late last week with Paul Buck of the Eclipse Foundation.  Paul took the group through the general working group planning process and framework which involves creating a program plan to identify priorities and deliverables for the upcoming year.  Based on the program plan, a budget is prepared to support the plan which then interlocks to reflect a fee structure for the working group.

 

For everyone's awareness, I've attached the *example and sample* documents reviewed during that call.  Program Plan and Budget templates have been moved into the external Google Drive of the Working Group so that work can actively begin as the program plan needs to be finalized by the end of October and final budget approved by mid November.
