MEETING MODERATOR INFORMATION
- Meeting moderator (IBM employee)
+ You must authenticate with your IBM intranet id in order to be
recognized
by the system as moderator. Before entering the meeting,
you must click
the "Log in to IBM Lotus Sametime" link at the
top right hand corner of
the screen before entering the meeting.

ALWAYS REMEMBER - END THE WEB CONFERENCE
After the Web conference has completed, all moderators should be
sure to end
their Web conference. Ending a Web conference disconnects all users,
and
stops all associated usage charges at that time. A meeting can even
be ended
earlier than its scheduled duration to save on conference related
costs. For
