I agree. Looks like a misfired checkin
somewhere along the line.
I think there should only be qualified
modules in the root dir.
Please delete as you see fit.

Hello,
There are files and directories in the root directory of the
org.eclipse.aperi CVS tree that looks like an own project:
bin/
META-INF/
src/
.classpath
.project
build.properties
plugin.xml
The META-INF/MANIFEST.MF file shows an
org.eclipse.aperi.rcp.gui.communication "Communication Plug-in",
so I
assume this was a wrong checkin.
Any concerns with deleting these files and folders from CVS?
