[andmore-dev] AOSP CQs

It looks like most if not all the CQs we submitted related to the AOSP 
dependencies we rely on have finally made it through the IP review 
process.... We'll need to revisit as some dependencies have changed and 
have been updated but we'll need to review that as we address the 
support issues for Android M.

It should be a much quicker process going forward.
