[andmore-dev] Convert ADT projects to Andmore projects

Per the request in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=463598  
We now have an option to convert old ADT projects to Andmore projects.  
This basically update the nature, buildCommands, and classpath 
containers to use the new IDs for Andmore.  You can access the new 
functionality by right mouse clicking on an existing ADT project in your 
works space, select Configure->Convert to Andmore Project. You may 
select multiple projects, and the command is only available if all the 
projects have a ADT nature id.

Once the command runs, all the projects should be updated and be usable 
by Andmore.

This elevates the manual conversion of updating the .project and 
.classpath files by hand.
