[andmore-dev] Nightly P2 Site

We now have a nightly p2 update site.  I spent some time today while 
battling the last bits of the flu to copy the developer artificats to a 
more official location.

I also re-organized the Categories a bit, so it should be a little bit 
more loggical in the feature groupings.

Adopters and testers should use the above instead of hitting hudson 
directly.
