[andmore-dev] Pull Requests and HIPP

I've setup the Pull Request job, so that it now displays the Pull 
Request Number along with the build number in the build history list.  
This should make it easier to track when we start needing to run 
multiple pull requests to verify items.  Still working on a way to 
integrate with hudson and git's web hooks so we can automate this.
