[ajdt-dev] CVS cleanup

I've been tidying things up in CVS a bit. Here are some details of the 
changes:

The website is now contained in its own ajdt-home directory, not alongside 
the code under org.eclipse.ajdt (the old files will be removed soon). A 
few updates have been made to the website in the process, more to follow - 
mainly the plans and tasks pages left to update.

Some old source trees have been zipped up and placed in a "to_be_deleted" 
directory. Other files will be moved in as well as we sort through. So if 
you discover something missing, check here, and let us know before we 
delete it :)

Finally, as a reminder, the main development source tree is "AJDT1.2src".
