[adoptium-wg] Let the use of Java 17 for MacOS 10.11

I arrived from 'https://adoptium.net' until 
'https://accounts.eclipse.org/mailing-list'

and seems this group is the correct according the following request.

Please if is not the correct group or place, let me know.


According with 
"https://adoptium.net/releases.html?variant=openjdk17&jvmVariant=hotspot";

for MacOS and Java 17 - it has the message "macOS 10.14 or later".

Is possible keep the support for 10.11? It for the "El Capitan"?

Yes, I use that old version yet. And because I use STS I already have 
problems if I want use Java 17.
