The Eclipse Foundation Development Process requires only one review per year. Following that successful review, an Eclipse Project can push out as many release as they need to for a full year.
Since it appears that we've already done most of the heavy lifting for the 2021.07.07 release, I recommend that we just power through getting that one all sealed up and call victory. Whether or not you actually do the release (and the timing thereof) is irrelevant. I can explain why this is fine in gory detail if anybody cares. With that review complete, you'll be set to push out the 2021.07.20 release (and any other release between now and July 2022).
Note that the IP Policy needs to be followed at all times, and that any content included in future releases needs to be fully vetted by the IP Due Diligence Process.
To wrap up the ongoing review, I need somebody from the project team to submit the
IP Log. There's a link on the right side of the project's
PMI page (you'll have to log on). I've already done most of the checks that we do for IP Log validation, so this part should move pretty quickly.
