[actf-dev] Commit rights for Kavitha Teegala have been expired

technology.actf Committers,
Chieko Asakawa has expired the commit rights for Kavitha Teegala
(kteegala).  The reason for this change is:

After successful completion of the project restructuring in 2010 [1],
Kavitha has been inactive on the ACTF project for about a year.
Unless he notifies us that he become an active committer again, Kavitha
will no longer have committer access to the ACTF Project.
I'd like to thank Kavitha for his participation and contributions.
