[4diac-dev] Proposed new project layout

Hi,

as presented at the 4days of 4diac summit we are currently considering to change the layout of 4diac project. For details please look at this Bug [1] and the
according news post [2]. As this is a major change we want to get as much feedback on it as possible. Please use the bug entry for this.

Furthermore there are some upcoming additional UI changes planed. I'll post here as well on them.
