Perfect! Good that you found the cause and took the time to document it. You can always open a topic in the forum
https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=thread&frm_id=308 which might be easier to follow

Sorry for not responding earlier.
As Jake already replied, the cause for this issue was that I ran "cmake src" first and then the cache file always fell back to that. Even when I ran "cmake ." afterwards.
I did add a short note to the readme I created in order to help others. But I did forget to check back to the mailing list. Sorry for that.
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
@Jens can you provide information about the OS you’re using? I have a VM of Ubuntu 16.10
and worked fine, for master, 1.8.x and develop branches
@Jake, those warning no longer appear in the develop branch

Jose Cabral

Hi again,
I can confirm that this CMakes and builds for both 1.8.4 and git versions on Lubuntu 17.04 x64.
P.S. Has anyone looked at the -Wsized-deallocation warnings?

this is strange. As I currently do not have access to a Linux machine could you be so kind and check
if this also happens in the 1.8.x or development branch. Can you tell us in which directory the CMakeList file is?
Personaly I prefer CMake Gui for setting up my builds.
Maybe we should add the setup scripts to our hipp build for testing them as well.
./setup_posix.sh
This results in the following error:
---
...
For building forte go to bin/posix and execute "make"
forte can be found at bin/posix/src
forte_tests can be found at bin/posix/tests
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:16 (forte_create_modules_file):
Unknown CMake command "forte_create_modules_file".
...
---
I guess I am doing something wrong, but I can't easily find out what.
