Our policy is not to expose API that we cannot really support. I think
that for pure styling hints it would not hurt to provide them anyway.
But their are also flags that would pretend a functionality that is not
(yet) available, such as key constants.
If you miss certain style flags, please file a bug.
Just for curiosity: why do you need SWT.SHADOW_ETCHED_IN? The Javadoc
says: "It is ignored on all platforms except Motif."
