Cannot find Show Monitors in Debug View with Eclipse 3.1 [message #91889] Wed, 03 August 2005 22:43 Go to next message

This is listed in the new features list for 3.1, but I don't see it on the
debug menu. Also the old view Threads and Monitors is gone. I hope I'm
just missing something.

The Threads and Monitors support is now "inlined" in the debug view.
Use the view menu for the Debug view> Show Monitors

Thanks for the quick response. By Debug view menu, I assume the menu you
get when you right click in the debug view. My menu does not have a Show
Monitors entry? It looks like this:

Copy Stack
--
Step Into
Step Over
Step Return
Drop to Frame
--
Use Step Filters
--
Resume
Suspend
Terminate
Terminate and Relaunch
Disconnect
--
Remove All Terminated
Relaunch
Terminate All
Edit <> Server...
Edit Source Lookup...
--
Properties

Thanks,
Robert

Sorry should have been more explicit.

You are describing the Debug view context menu
I am talking about the Debug view menu
The view menu is realized from the little triangle in the top left corner of
the view toolbar (third in after the maximize and minimize view buttons)

Thanks a million! That's a pretty subtle menu.
