Much anticipated! Thanks. `

HTML printing is always a problem, and the this article seems especially
nasty (my explorer died, mozilla cuts text, and copy paste to word does
not work well either - will try linux tools from home) - is there any
chance of getting it in printable HTML or pdf?

Thanks! What did you use? (version of browser software, operating system
- did you need to tweek it somehow?). Using windows NT SP5 and mozilla
1.3 or ie 5 just doesn't make for easy printing of HTML.

Windows XP SP2, Internet Explorer 6, all security patches, no tweaks

(+ Postscript Printer Driver + Ghostscript)
