After a look at your document earlier and recent discussions about the
possibility of translation tasks supported by other projects and plugins
like Mylyn, ALF, etc. I just wanted to mention, that some of the "Agile"
approach and goals you mention also could possibly overlap and fit in
with those.
I have mentioned Babel to the Mylyn group and hope, there could be
repsonse and possible synergies in future? If you have some working demo
of your software, I would clearly like to see more of it if possible.

Hello,
thanks for the comment. I have placed the demo on
http://www.bevoelkerungswarnung.de/toledo/
It is not ready for productive usage, but it should give an impression. I
posted it so early so that I can spent my time more effectivly in case of
interesst in the plugin or parts of it.
I looked at the various tools available. IMHO, the tool that get closest is
the Novel-Localisation-Workbench.
Both tools import the properties. Both have a state engine, rich validations
and generate the results again. I thought about it a while and relized that
there is a fundamental difference between the two. NLW is focuses on the
translator while my tool focuses on the developer. To me this was an
interesting detail.
So, I also think the integration of Mylin and ALF to support a develpment
process are likely nice features that would fit nicely.
