Hi Omar,
Like Sylvain said, Web services tools will not be available from the WTP
project until milestone M3, which will be released on Feb. 25. There are
no Web service artifact types in milestone M2. If you want to try Web
service development in Eclipse with these tool today I suggest you see the
alphaWorks project IBM Web Tools for Eclipse [1] which contains IBM's
initial contribution to the WTP project.
Also, there is no concept of a Web service project. A Java Web service
should be created inside of a J2EE project.
