Hi everybody,

I'd like to let you know that a new version of the Process Framework (EPF)
proposal is available at http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/beacon/.
In this version, we have added more companies that declared interest in
being committers, as well as made some adjustments based on community
feedback.

As always, your feedback on this proposal will be appreciated.

Hi Claude,

it is great to hear that you are interested in supporting and contributing
to the proposed Process Framework (EPF) Project.

Whether your employer commits you to this project on a full-time or
part-time basis, your contribution will be really appreciated. Companies can
be co-proposers and suggest committers, whereas individuals can start as
contributors and could be promoted to committers. You may always want to
take a look at the Eclipse Development Process Guidelines for more
information on how development within Eclipse works:
http://www.eclipse.org/org/processes/Guidelines_for_Eclipse_ Development_Process/

The more specific you can be about what you want to contribute with, the
better. Stay tuned, we will make the exemplary code and content that IBM
proposes to contribute available within the next few days. That will
hopefully allow you and others to take a closer look at the technology and
suggest how it can be improved.

And please let us know what level of participation (personal / company
committment) you plan to devote to this project.
