[newbie] logic editor as PDE project? [message #69394] Wed, 12 March 2003 09:49 Go to next message

Hi,

I'd like to look over the logic editor example as a PDE project ( so I
can build, step through, etc.). Wondered how I access it, ideally via
CVS. Looked in dev.eclipse.org:/home/tools but couldn't find it there
(nor gef, which suggests I'm looking in the wrong place).

Thanks,
Scott.

Maybe you were looking at home/platform, because it is in home/tools

?

If I create a new repository (in eclipse cvs perspective) as follows:

:pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/home/tools

the only projects I see are cdt related. (Trying to access
/home/platform fails...).

Am I missing something? (different user reqd?).

Thanks,
Scott.

You are looking under HEAD? I can see gef, cdt, and cobol projects, but
then again I'm not anonymously logged in right now.

platform is under home/eclipse, not home/platform.

Yup. Under HEAD, I only get cdt.

/home/eclipse gives me jdt, platform, sdk & pde.

?

I have no problem seeing all the projects. And the web interface
( http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/?cvsroot=Tools_Proj ect) shows
all the projects, too. Have you tried refreshing the view? You could
also check to make sure you don't have a working set applied to your
repository view (click the down arrow in the view's titlebar).
Otherwise, I don't know what could be causing this problem.
