Hi, i got the same proble today, with headless instalaltion in linux.
The 3.7milestones update site provided in the wiki[1] is not working either.
i created a bugzilla [2] for this.

Hi,
i tried to mirror locally both the 3.6 and 3.7 headless repository and
re-launch the installation using them.
i got now an execption about the signed content of sat4j...
i attached the log to the bug.
Anyone here has sucessfully installed the headless b3 ?
