Hi! I'm looking to create specs for an improved scripting feature. It would
be very helpful to get some usage scenarios from the BIRT users out there.
How do you use the current scripting feature? Any examples would be greatly
appreciated.

Please, Please, Please

Provide support for the Rhino Script Debugging when running your reports
in Eclipse. For an example have a look at,
http://www.mozilla.org/rhino/debugger.html. Almost any java or report
developer that is adding JavaScript into their BIRT reports would
benefit from the ability to debug the JavaScript in the dev environment.

Scott, javascript debugging is certainly something we are looking at. Not
promising anything about if/when it would be implemented though :-)
In the meantime, any examples of how you use the current scripting feature
would be a great help.
