Committers, please feel free to add/update information as desired. I do ask
that you follow some guidelines in doing this however.

1) DO NOT use MS Word to edit the HTML. It completely mangles the HTML.
Even with its striped down save the result is very messy. Personally I use
DreamWeaver but you can use what you want as long as it does a reasonable
job of the HTML.

2) Let's try to keep the quality and signal-to-noise ratio high. Well
written and well formatted text are essential.

3) Use the Eclipse style sheets (blue bars) etc where it makes sense.
