Yup, we're using Buckminster to do the build. If you take a look at the
build.xml in the build folder you'll see how it kicks off things. We use
Buckminster to bootstrap things, meaning it goes and checks out the code from
svn, ensures all dependencies are present and then delegates to the PDE build
to build plugins, create the update site etc.
