I want to develop SWT program with Borland Architect 2006 which inner
Eclipse version is 3.1, So I download the Eclipse 3.1,VE1.1.01 and other
required.
I have successfully installed the VE1.1.01 and Eclipse 3.1. I can programm
with VE in Borland Architect 2006, It really work with swing.
but when I use "Viusal Class" wizardpage to create a new class extends SWT
Composite,it can not show the appearance of the control and show
"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError".

Regards for any suggestion.

Attach the .log file please. That will tell us what class is missing.

Some of the errors are due to a bad cache problem.

To clear the cache do:

1) Open a VE, then close it and all other VE's.
2) Do a Project->Clean...->Clean All... Wait for build to finish.
3) Try opening the VE again.

Could you please append your .classpath file for the project? This is
saying it can't find SWT.
