I don't know where to put that.. but

Is proxy.eclipse.org:80 down at the moment ? (try to access source code)

because if it is not down.. this mean I've been blocked from the network
guys!! :-(

Cannot use dev.eclipse.org .

I know people here are really severe about how we should use internet...
It happen often that our company block server or/and port...
