Hello,

ikv++ technologies provides an implementation of OMG's QVT Relations for
non-commercial use with its medini QVT engine.

Hello,

As the M2M project lead, I am glad, like Quentin, to see that the
Eclipse M2M technology attracts new contributors.

Could you please be more specific regarding the parts of your
implementation that you plan to contribute to Eclipse?

Best regards,

Frédéric Jouault

Dear Frédéric and Quentin,

first of all we are glad to be in contact with you and the community to talk and
discuss about QVT Relations.

To answer your question about our plans for contributions to the eclipse M2M
project, we need time for internal discussion on our side.

But, one contribution point we want to start with now, would be a set of QVT
Relations examples (which may result in a kind of conformance test). How should we
proceed with this?

Best regards,
Hajo Eichler

Dear Hajo,

Working on this library of QVT Relations transformations is indeed
already planned.

I let Quentin answer this question.

Eclipse newsgroups are not intended to publicize proprietary tools.
Therefore, we understood from your initial post that you plan to
contribute parts of your QVT Relations engine.

What we need to know is which part you may contribute to the QVT
Relations component, and when. This way, we can work on a common
roadmap and avoid effort duplication.

Best regards,

Frédéric Jouault

I am currently designing the web page for QVT Relations explaining the
process to submit a QVT Relations transformation (through Bugzilla).

I shall soon complete this post to announce it !
