Hi,
We’ve scheduled a conference call for this Thursday at 11AM Pacific to
jump-start work on an initial project deliverable.
The agenda will be to have a little focused brainstorming then agree on
an optimal “two-week” first deliverable.
Call-in info is as follows:
866-362-7064 (toll-free North America)
613-287-8000 (Ottawa and international)
participant passcode 874551#
See you there.

Mitch:
How long might this call last? I can join at 11am, but I have to leave
at 11:30 to join another call. Will that be ok?
Thanks!

Hey Mitch..sorry, I didn't put this in my calendar in time! It's been
an insane week and I just realized I missed this call. Do you have
notes you can share, or are you planning to have another one soon that
I might be able to join?
I'm very interested in participating, hope my absence doesn't indicate
otherwise. :)
Thx,
Ross

All,
Thanks for attending today. Here’s a recap:
1. We’ve agreed on the initial two-week deliverable. Bjorn & Ward
has/will post requirements/scope on the Spaces Wiki.
2. We agreed to schedule a creation review slot for the second half of
April. (Henrik’s action item)
3. Project roadmap needs to be elaborated/specified before the creation
review.
4. We’ll have a regular project call each Friday at 9AM PDT. (Call will
be short.)
Finally, for anyone who tried to join the call at the scheduled time
this morning, our apologies for the logistical mess-up. (More than one
of us had Windows-related daylight savings time gremlin.)

Ross,
Don't worry about it. Half us missed the call due to Windows daylight
bug in Windows. We assumed that's what happened with you.
We'll see you on the next time. Look forward to you participating. Best.
