Major new v4.3.0 release includes support for editing RCP Perspectives,
visual tab order editing, Eclipse 3.1.2 & 3.2M5 support, enhanced SWT
FormLayout and Swing SpringLayout support, enhanced custom SWT widget
support, code gen enhancements, plus many other new features.

Shall I use JFace or SWT? JFace maybe a better choice, but SWT is better
supported in "SWT Designer, Swing Designer & WindowBuilder Pro".

I don't understand the question. It isn't an issue of using one or the
other. You can use both together if you like.

SWT Designer has excellent support for the creation and editing of all
common SWT, JFace and RCP components.
