When there is a gutter annotation indicating multiple markers, how does one actually get to see the markers?

thanks

Hi Barry,

If you right click on the marker you will see one or more sub-menus
related to the type of the marker (e.g. if it is an advice marker you
will see 'Advised By'.) This menu will contain all the pieces of advice
that advise that line (or equivalent, depending on the relationship).

Thanks,

Sian

Ah! At the bottom. I see now. This marker overlay is a bit messy. Often I can't tell if I have a breakpoint marker at a line because other markers are occluding it. It would be so nice if a hover tooltip would popup all the marker info.

thanks!

In Eclipse try 'Window' > 'Preferences' > 'Java' > 'Editor', select the
Hovers tab then check 'Enable annotation roll-over...'. That may be
what you are looking for.
