Hi all,

I am a committer over the BPMN modeler. We would like to have some
information on the status of Google Summer of Code 2008.

What are the current deadlines ? Who is in charge ? How can we mentor a
student ?

We will post ideas for Gsoc 2008 on the wiki page[0] soon.

Thanks,

Antoine

Hi Antoine,

most SOC related discussion happens either on soc-dev@eclipse.org or in
the #eclipse-soc IRC channel. So you will be better of if you direct your
questions there. Thanks

Cheers
Markus

Hi Antoine. The short answer is that I don't know. Google only just
announced this year's programme and I haven't had a chance to look at it
yet.

Your best bet is to announce you intent to be a mentor on the mailing
list. We'll keep you and everybody else informed through that.

Go ahead and post your ideas on the wiki.

Wayne, thanks for the answer.

I would like to know what it means to be a mentor first.

If you have any pointers to give me that would be very helpful.

I will post ideas for the BPMN modeler anyways.

Thanks,

Antoine
