Hi.

I'm now trying to launch a manual test on a Linux platform, but with no
sucsess:
The integrated agent controller won't work it seems like, still if I go to
Settings->Profiling and Logging->Hosts, select the "Local
Direct Connection" and test the connection I get the following
message:"The Remote Agent Controller(RAC) is currently running.
You need to stop the Remote Agent Controller before activating the Local
Connection. To stop the Remote Agent Controller use the system Service
utility."

The RAC is NOT running!

My system is:
Eclipse 3.1
Sun Java 1.4.2_10
TPTP 4.1
Ubuntu Linux 5.10 w/ kernel 2.6.12

Hi,

Would you mind posting the bug number you are referring to? There might be a
workaround available. Thanks.

try that:
If a RAserve is running, stop it.
and remove the file /tmp/IBMRAC/ramaster
