Install Eclipse SDK 3.0.1. Downloaded and install Web Tools M1. Add your
bugs to the Bugzzila bug tracking system.

If you get stuck, ask questions on the newsgroup.

If you see something that you think you could fix in the Java source,
get the code from CVS. Make a patch file that includes your changes.
Send the patch file to the WTP developers mail list with a summary
summary or description of how it fixes the problem. Or attach it to a
bug report with a summary or description of how it fixes the problem.
