I'm using the JET Editor (v0.9.0) in Ganymede. It seems to not be
respecting the Java Source folder setting for the JET compiler. We have
workspace and individual project settings that specify jet2java as the
source folder for JET-generated code. However, whenever opening a JET
file in the JET editor, it creates the .java and containing package
directories under the project's "main" Java source folder (src). This
happens as soon as the .jet file is opened, even without modifying or
saving.
Is this a bug? Something that can be configured?

It could be related, although that bug sounds like the reporter can make
it do the right thing if he configures the project "the right way." I,
however, can not get the JET editor to stop putting generated output
into my project's non-generated source location, no matter what I do to
the project properties.
I'll add my comments to that bug, but I don't know if these are two
different issues or not.

I added some comments to that bug, but I just noticed that it is over a
year old with no attention from the team other than Ed moving it from
EMF Core to JET Editor.
Is this something that there is any hope of getting looked at? I need to
know because if not then I need to give up on the editor now and find a
better alternative for editing templates - it is barely unusable the way
it is now, putting code in the wrong place.
Thanks,
Eric
