Hello:
what is the use of Referenced Projects in the Projects tab of C/C++
Project category of Properties window? Where can I find documentation on
CDT in general? I have seached eclipse.org but could not find any user
documentation.

As I know documentation on CDT is in working and now it is in very
simple condition

Yes, Igor is right ... we are working on the documentation.

Currently you will find all CDT related items from the CDT homepage
