Use activities to hide objectContribution from popup menus [message #336474] Tue, 16 June 2009 06:24 Go to next message
Eclipse UserFriend
Hello,

I was trying to use activities to reduce the clutter in the gui of actions
not applicable to my RCP application.

I could easily hide views, search pages and preference pages.

But I couldn't get it working with objectContribution to the popup menu of
a navigator view.

What is the pattern I should be using? I tried the objectContribution id,
and the added menu id with no avail.

Thanks in advance,
Mamado

If it works it would be <plugin.id>/<object.contribution.id>
