Ganymede "Help Contents" generating Error 500 [message #334371]

Hi,
In Ganymede, using Dynamic Help works fine but clicking on "Help Contents"
under the Help Menu opens a browser to the URL
http://127.0.0.1:1361/help/index.jsp with the following error.

HTTP ERROR: 500
Internal Server Error
RequestURI=/help/index.jsp

It seems like the port is open because if I go to the URL
http://127.0.0.1:1361/help/index, I do get an xml file back with
indexcontributions from various packages, so it would seem the server is
up but not seeing the index.jsp file.

I'm having a devil of a time trying to figure out which plugin manages
this or how to control the behavior.

So, what am I doing wrong here?
